The food is good, and the drinks are amazing (the Chai Tea Latte is probably the best I've ever had). The atmosphere is warming and inviting, and the staff is very friendly! I highly recommend checking out this place is you haven't been, it's one of my favorite Baltimore area coffee shops. Also pro tip: if you do visit, while there is Pay For Parking out in front, further down the street there are free parking spots,... View all feedback.
What Heather S doesn't like about The Evergreen Cafe:
I ordered the Turkey and Swiss sandwich on focaccia, and I was really disappointed. The flavor was strange, the bread tasted stale and rubbery, and there was no cheese at all. I feel like I wasted my $9! View all feedback.

I ordered bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwiches, but the bacon on each one was completely raw. I cannot recommend this restaurant.
The restaurant is consistently clean, offers excellent service, and has moderate to high prices, but the food is worthwhile and the coffee is decent. My daughter claimed it was the best toasted bagel with cream cheese, tomato, salt, and pepper she's ever had, and she's sampled many places in Towson.
The best cranberry muffins ever! This is a great place to meet a friend for coffee or to read a book, a true Baltimore treasure.
Absolutely love this place. Sam, the owner, is such a great guy and the cafe has some delicious food. It might be my favorite salad in the city the evergreen salad. It's a great spot for working, a meeting, or just hanging out. Make sure to check out their huge wall of free books. There are always some jewels within.
