Solid 3 star hotel located in the somewhat recently developed Harbor East area. Our room was clean and comfortable. The Harbor East area appears new and was a bit sterile and might be lacking a little character but there were several restaurants nearby and it felt like a safe area to walk around in at night. However, Little Italy is right next door and the Inner Harbor is a 15 minute walk. View all feedback.

3* for a reason Comfortable Clean but no frillS or customer service to speak of. Reception staff quite rude on occasion 1 ‘ Complimentary’ bottle of water for A five night stay no daily room cleaning coffee top up set your expectations it’s pretty ordinary.
We have dined here several times. Excellent food, nice ambiance! Great service. Defiantly a place to try out!
My husband and I stayed at Courtyard by Marriott Baltimore recently. The hotel was well situated in a convenient location. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room along with the hotel were very clean. Parking was an additional $25 and parking deck was located next door. I guess all the hotels in the area charge for parking, unfortunately. My only complaint- the bed was rock hard. Felt like I was sleeping on a slab of concrete. I would have preferred a bed a bit more comfy.
Although this is a small lobby restaurant in the Marriott, don't look past their signature Cherry Old Fashioned wow! A class A cocktail and a wonderful bartender who made them just right ! Ordered Chimichurri steak and there seems to be a difference of opinion on medium rare (mine was bright red even after sending back but the service (by same named awesome bartender was wonderful and truly made our experience the best i only wish I would have asked her name for this review ! Within all the small restaurants and hotels in this area, we were pleasantly surprised ! We had a great time.

This hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff were all very efficient and professional. However, don’t be mislead…there are user photos uploaded for this hotel that show a pool; however, this hotel does not have a pool. We were very happy with our stay.
