Easy, affordable parking in the lot or garage across the street or at meters all around the Charles, Lanvale and Lafayette. BONUS: you can take your drink into The Charles Theatre (connected to the restaurant) when you go to the movies! This place has been around forever, but it's never boring – and it's run by the lovely Karzai family who also run the AMAZING Afghan restaurant just south on Charles, The Helmand.

They provide an excellent range of affordable small dishes for the appetite of almost anyone they even have vegetarian options. These light savory bites accompany crisp Spanish wines. With tons of outdoor dining, we decided to use one of our New York Amtrak train tickets just in time for dinner. Who knew Baltimore could offer Michelin style food right beside their Penn Station. The service was highly attentive and accessible. If you are in the city or on a port of call, this place is a must visit.

The paella... please stop adding things like chorizo and peas, that's not paella. The croquetas and bravas were excellent. Wine was ok. Price per person: USD 50–100 Recommended dishes: Papas Bravas, Chicken Croquetas
