Taco Bell - Baltimore

My suggestion? order them in the app! it seems to eliminate mistakes with my eating, speeding up the process and eliminating confusion. I am vegan and taco bell is the easiest quick food to offer and with good options. that is my way into the taco bell position in the opposite. I have already inaugurated myself earlier and the look at the customer service, the way they welcome and service customers important! the personal is of course different every time, so I had sweet, pleasant employees to me, as well as blunt, unpleasant employees.

Over all not bad. There food was exactly what I was expecting. They were a little understaffed and kept talking to me in a different language. But other then that I loved the food.

Been going to this Taco Bell for over 10 yrs.. Never really had any problem with the food here. The only, and perhaps the main issue with this location is, at times, the wait can be too long depending on the time of day. Late evening can be the busiest. They also seem to, too often run out of menu items. Seems like it could be partially due to a lack of staffing at times. This location also seems to go through frequent changes in management and/or ownership, which may contribute to the inconsistency. There are times when they seem to be running very efficiently, then other times not so much. Kind of hit or miss regarding wait times and availability of items. But never any issue with the food quality. Convenient location right off of Pulaski Hwy (Route 40). There’s also an entrance off of E Fayette Street.

The cashier that took my order was rude and impatient,the food was not appealing cold and just not good. The dinning room was dirty while someone just kept sweeping,not once cleaning .

So IDK what's up with these taco Bell's lately. Maybe they're being told to put as little cheese and other more valuable product on as possible or maybe these people just have no clue what they're doing but this isn't what a Mexican pizza is supposed to look like. It's supposed to have cheese on it and when I said hey can I have some cheese on it they said oh well I'll have to charge u, like what? I've literally had them put 1 bite of chicken on a chicken taco that they charged $1.50 extra for BTW. I stopped going to Taco Bell for this EXACT reason and I only started going back bcuz the Mexican pizza. However, this is my 3rd Mexican pizza since the come back and it's the 3rd one that was ridiculously disappointing! This isn't what a Mexican pizza is supposed to look like and also stop treating ur customers like they don't matter cuz we do.
