The Salmon Poke Bowl, accompanied by a side of sushi rice, was topped with a delightfully sweet and subtly tangy sauce. The quality of the food was outstanding. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food at Sushibruce Ya is outstanding, especially the tuna, which is of top-notch quality. I appreciate the wide variety of rolls available, although many feature similar fish with just different sauces. The sushi rice is exceptional, perfectly balancing sweetness and sourness. On the downside, the restaurant isn't very kid-friendly, as there is no kids' menu and limited choices for children. The service was excellent. We dined in for dinner. Rating: 5/5 Price: $100 for two At Sushibruce Ya, we enjoyed a variety from the menu, including salmon, eel, and yellowtail nigiri, the Who’s Your Daddy roll, classic spicy salmon roll, lunch special sashimi poke salad, and baked green mussels. Each dish was outstanding, with the salmon nigiri and classic spicy salmon roll standing out as favorites. The sushi was incredibly fresh, and the rolls offered perfectly balanced flavors. Service was excellent, with our waitress being both attentive and friendly. The atmosphere at Sushibruce Ya is inviting, featuring tasteful decor and a cozy, comfortable ambiance. Soft lighting adds to a relaxing environment, ideal for both a casual meal and a date night. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–50 Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Atmosphere: 5/5 I highly recommend trying the Salmon Nigiri at Sushibruce Ya.
