A must visit joint for a good overall experience. The place is well kept with all the proper covidguidelines being followed.

I aske... read more My family frequents this Subway regularly. Tonight, I went in to grab my son a chicken Caesar wrap. The fatty behind the counter was absolutely horrible. I asked to add a soup to my sub. He ignored me the first time. Then said they didn?t have broccoli andcheese soup, then checked and said they didn?t have any. Whatever....I went ahead and paid for my wrap w: my debit card. Thereceipt prints, my hand is open waiting to receive it and this POS places it on the counter. I guess he didn?t want to touch myblack hand. Even though we are the same skin tone. If you don?t like black people don?t bring your business to where we are.News flash we are everywhere. The absolute last time this place will get any of my money.

I went in to order a chicken Caesar wrap for my son, and the service from the employee behind the counter was very unsatisfactory. I requested to add a soup to my order, but he initially ignored me. When he finally acknowledged my request, he incorrectly stated that they were out of broccoli and cheese soup after first saying they didn’t have it. I decided to complete my order and paid for the wrap with my debit card. When the receipt printed, I reached out to take it, but he simply placed it on the counter instead of handing it to me directly. It felt as though he was hesitant to serve me personally, despite us sharing the same skin tone. If someone isn't comfortable serving everyone, perhaps a public-facing job isn't the right fit for them. I won't be returning to this location in the future.

To be courteous... read more We chose to visit this restaurant since the China Kitchen a couple of doors down lacked air conditioning, and it was just too hot to dine there. To be courteous, we ordered a few items, including cookies, chocolate milk, and apple slices for our three-year-old. The staff were kind and accommodating, and the atmosphere was clean and inviting.

The employee seemed completely disinterested in helping me and was instead focused on watching a young man and his son leave the store, almost as if he was suspicious of them. After he eventually prepared my sub, I requested a salad, but then a regular customer walked in, and he asked another staff member to make my salad so he could chat with an elderly woman. It felt incredibly rude that he couldn't take a moment to finish my order, especially after I had already waited 10 minutes while he was distracted. This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Subway!
