The staff are always super nice to me and they actually put enough veggies, on which most Subway's do not do. They also usually remember me for the most part and we always have a nice conversation, this last time about the new paperSubway bags which r better for the environment lol. Either way they are always very nice and the store is always very clean andthe veggies are always fresh, even the tomatoes(hard find lol)!! I would most definitely recommend them ????

I placed my order through the mobile app while waiting outside in my car. When I went inside to pick up my food, I found no one in the store at first, so I had... read more I placed my order through the mobile app while waiting outside in my car. When I went inside to pick up my food, I found no one in the store at first, so I had to call out a few times before someone eventually came from the back. I asked the guy if he had received my mobile order, and he confirmed but mentioned that he hadn’t actually made my food yet. He quickly grabbed some cold cut meat, put it on the bread, and then peeled the cheese, which ended up being all broken up on the subs. I asked him to remove the broken cheese from my sandwiches. Additionally, the tomatoes were not fresh, and when I inquired about fresh ones, he told me that they didn’t have any. The staff member had a poor attitude and took a long time making my sandwiches, resulting in a disappointing customer service experience. On a positive note, there was plenty of parking available on the side of the building.

The meatball sub was decent, but the veggie sub left a lot to be desired. It had very few vegetables—only two slices of cucumber—and was quite dry, even with mayo. It was disappointing, as I’ve had many excellent veggie subs in the past. To make matters worse, the first fountain drink we received tasted strange, so we discarded it to get a different soda. The employee scolded us, claiming we were rude and repeatedly asked if we had any manners. We chose not to engage and simply left. Overall, it was a rather odd and unpleasant experience. I would recommend looking for a different place to eat.
