But in the app it never completed or finalized my order for pickup ye... read more I did not like this location. I made an order through the app it charged me for the order. But in the app it never completed or finalized my order for pickup yet it still charged me. So upon arrriving to the location I let the team member know whathappened she was of no help. She was rude tried to make it seem as though I was lying even though I showed proof that it didin deed charge me. I understand people lie all the time, but you can?t assume that everyone is lying. I was showing actual proofthat it charged me but the lady didn?t care. when I asked for the manager, she tried to act like she didn?t know what I wassaying. Luckily I can dispute this charge with my bank. I will not be using the app will not be going to this location everagain. I prefer the location on 6900 Dogwood rd anyways.

I placed an order through the app, which charged me for it, but my order was never finalized or confirmed for pickup. When I arrived at the restaurant, I explained the situation to a team member, but she was unhelpful and rude, implying that I was lying despite my proof that I had indeed been charged. While I understand that people sometimes aren't truthful, it's unfair to assume that everyone is. I showed her the evidence, but she seemed uninterested. When I asked to speak with the manager, she acted as if she didn't understand. Fortunately, I can dispute the charge with my bank. I won't be using the app again and won't be returning to this location. I much prefer the one at 6900 Dogwood Rd.
