Just left about 20 mins ago I ordered a wrap the guy never let me finish my order and wrapped it up? but the girl finished it for me I give her a 5 star? but the guy a half a star!!!? The service from the girl was wonderful the guy a big NOPE!

I just enjoy their dishes. I always get good service there. The place is neat and the staff members are always very friendly. Would recommend to others.

The staff could use some improvement in their customer service skills. When I requested that they clean the utensils before using them on my food because of my allergies, they reacted with a negative attitude. Additionally, they started discussing the customers in their own language, but I understood everything they were saying. It's evident that the staff needs further training.

I typically shop at this location since I work nearby. However, this morning, after purchasing a sandwich for lunch, a coworker cautioned me against eating anything from there. She mentioned that just two days ago, she saw roaches crawling on the counter. This was the second time a different coworker had observed unclean conditions at this restaurant. I really should have heeded the warning the first time. Both incidents happened early in the morning, before 8:30 AM. Be careful; it may appear clean at first glance, but take a closer look.

I typically have no issues with this location; however, I did encounter a problem with a staff member named Soltan. He tends to forget to change his gloves while preparing food, and I often have to remind him to do so before he starts making my meal. This is a basic hygiene concern that is important for preventing cross-contamination. If you decide to dine here, I recommend politely asking him to change his gloves and wash his hands before he handles your food.
