Language barrier and a mix-up with my order. I requested a turkey sandwich on Italian herbs and cheese, but she prepared an Italian cold cut instead. When I tried to clarify, she insisted that I hadn’t mentioned turkey. In the end, I decided to eat it, but that will be the last time I dine there. I wasn't impressed with the customer service experience.
I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant today due to the inattentiveness of the staff. The man and woman working there seemed more focused on their conversation than on assisting me. I found myself having to repeat my order multiple times, which felt quite rude. I initially requested, "two 6-inch subs: one Italian and one Italian herb and cheese," but instead, I received one Italian sub with a cheesesteak on it. If she had paid attention instead of chatting, she would have gotten my order right. At the register, the guy asked me twice if I wanted anything else, and I clearly stated that I wanted a fountain drink both times, but he still didn't understand, as he was too distracted talking to his colleague. Overall, I won’t be returning to this restaurant.
I had a Subway gift card, but when I went to use it, the staff informed me that there was an issue with their machine after I had already ordered three subs. I then tried to pay with my bank card, but they only accepted cash. I ended up having to leave the restaurant to find an ATM.

The bread was not fresh and the tomatoes were soggy. The turkey tasted a little off as well. I have sent a message to subway customer service and I hope to be contacted swiftly because I paid $14 for a distasteful sub and not-so-great customer service!
Amazing food. very nice employees. Love the service. i would highly recommend this subway.
