Contribute FeedbackI had an excellent experience at this restaurant, featuring fantastic fish cakes and a wonderful staff. It brought back memories of the bland food I had at Johns Hopkins University’s campus in the '70s. My stomach was in rough shape until I discovered places like Sterlings, Polock Johnny's, and Leon's Pig Pen (I really need my food to have some spice!). Although Leon's is no longer around, Sterlings has remained consistent over the years, with just a slight increase in prices. I don't visit often, but I stopped by on July 4, 2011, and the fish cakes were even better than I remembered. Everything else on the menu looked amazing too. The seafood sub was incredible—almost overwhelming for the senses! I also saw locals enjoying some beautifully fried chicken, all served quickly and with a smile. While the neighborhood might seem a bit rough, it’s more working class than dangerous. If you get the chance, don't miss out on this place!
The cheese fish was outstanding!
