Employee fraudulently left a tip on my bill after I had already paid and left the restaurant. I received an email from Capital One saying the noticed a 79% tip... read more Employee fraudulently left a tip on my bill after I had already paid and left the restaurant. I received an email from Capital One saying the noticed a 79% tip added to my order and were checking in to see if that was accurate. I paid online through the company website $12.67 and went to pick it up where I then signed my receipt I did not tip for the pickup order and I was charged $22.67. I contacted the restaurant and spoke to a very nice employee who said she would have the owner reach out to me. It has been 3 weeks and no one from sip bite has reached out to rectify this matter so I had to report the tip to Capital One. This is why it’s important to save all receipts!!! Kinda bummed because I love Sip Bite but I feel uncomfortable to go back knowing someone stole money and the owner did not even acknowledge it. Will not be going back!
