Shake Shack Inner Harbor - Baltimore

I mistakenly received the wrong order, but when I called, they were very helpful and fixed it right away. Thank you! The food was delicious as always.

This was honestly the worst DoorDash order I've ever had. The delivery driver was quick, but the food arrived cold, stale, and seemed like it had been cooked the day before. The fries were as hard as rocks. There seems to be no quality control or proper employee training at this location. I wasted $27 on a cheeseburger, fries, and a strawberry shake. This restaurant is a disgrace.

I had the worst experience with my meal. The bacon was undercooked, and the fries were ice cold. I requested sauce on the side, but they didn’t include it. The burgers were also incredibly unappetizing.

First time trying shack shack, very enjoyable. Didnt give you the "meat sweats" kinda feel that some greasy food gives you. Filling without being stuffed like a macys thanksgiving day parade balloon

Shake shack burgers I must say are the best. The buns are always super soft and the fries are delicious and always arrive warm enough to eat when I get delivery
