Sally O's is a quirky yet welcoming Highlandtown neighborhood joint and is by far one of my favorite spots in Baltimore, I'm sad to admit I've only been twice. Everyone raves about the burger and yes, it is an insanely good burger but so are the other dishes on the menu. DO NOT sleep on the squash rings or the Ratatouille Tartine.
