The atmosphere, while a little dated, is consistent with its nautical theme and seafood fine dining. The service is always impeccable and stellar. You feel welcome and enjoy being in the environment. The specials are worth the extra . But the whole fried fish is a MUST if you have the appetite. The food was delicious but what really set them apart was how they went the extra mile for my parents anniversary dinner. Amazing, above and beyond! I got my parents a gift card and made reservations, in the reservation saying it wasy parents anniversary celebration, could they give them a quiet table. They did that and so very much more. My mom can 't stop talking about how incredible they were, how special she felt, how incredible the food was and how she had 3 wait staff, one in training but she had never felt so special in her life. Her excitement and joy makes me smile and I want everyone to know that Rusty Scupper could have set them in a nice table and said Happy Anniversary, that would have been great service but what they did was make an unforgettable memory for my parents. Going above and beyond, thank you Rusty Scupper staff, thank you so very much. You gave my parents an experience that is above and beyond like something out of a movie mom keeps saying!!!!

The f... read more The views were incredible. The atmosphere and setting were ideal for celebrating my husband's birthday dinner. Our server, Amanda, was absolutely amazing! The food was delicious. My husband enjoyed The Baltimore Fish Fry and I had the Blackened Scallops topped with Jumbo Lump Crab. However, the standout dish of the night was the Korean BBQ Pork Belly. Oh my goodness, it was so delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant for a delicious meal with stunning views.

We had dinner at The Rusty Scupper and could not have had a better time! The view was absolutely phenomenal, the food was out of this world, and our server Dante, was the best! He had not only wonderful recommendations for the food and cocktails, but also for the surrounding area. Thank you, Rusty Scupper and Dante for a great meal and experience!
