While some reviewers have praised Royal Menu for its great food at good prices and pleasant staff, others have had a completely different experience. Complaints of slow delivery times, cold food, and unprofessional behavior have left customers disappointed and dissatisfied. Some have even gone as far as to say that they will never return due to the decline in service and food quality since a change in management. It seems that while Royal Menu may have once been a reliable option for a meal, it has since lost its appeal to many customers.

This was surprisingly good inexpensive delivery food! Chicken tenders tasted fresh and had the right balance of tender meat to crispy breaking and the pizza
I've never ever been scared inside of an establishment in my life.
My mom and I tried this place about a month ago, the food was good but the delivery left a lot to be desired.
They did that thing, all the food that we ordered was on point. The chicken wings were done perfectly , the salad was fresh. The stromboli and the pita was prepared just right.
