So was there on Friday 11/08 and went to the second floor to purchase a shot, bought 2 shots and after getting my receipt the bartender included 20% tip without... read more So was there on Friday 11/08 and went to the second floor to purchase a shot, bought 2 shots and after getting my receipt the bartender included 20% tip without give me an option on 15 or 18%. Which ok,, no problem. But to my surprise yesterday i look at my bank statements and he charge me another 10.00 dollars on top of the bill that i didn't sign or approved for. This was my first drink for the night. If i was drunk then what will he had done? charge me 100.00 over? I have try to reach the manager and of curse i been left on hold several times. 10 dollars is not much. But how can someone go to a place and been robed smoothly like this.
