The food is always fantastic. Delivery takes the full 45-60 minutes, but it's worth the wait. We usually order wings and pizza, which both have a great variety of flavors. While it may not be the kind of place you'd take your family to dine in, the drive to pick up food is definitely worth it. We've been enjoying this restaurant for a year, and it's a great choice! I ordered a xl pizza with fries and it took 45-60 minutes (a bit long for the small amount right? I made instructions for the driver to knock at the door, but he only sat in his car, quite upset about it, as they should do, as the buyer says, delivery wise, but whatever, eating was good. I recently just ordered pizza from Nephews and as I was eating the pizza I realized it was STAPLES ! In my pizza . When I called to see if I could get a refund or give me a free pizza they wasn’t trying to do anything for the inconvenience they caused me .
I order from nephew’s Pizza for delivery okay they didn’t deliver it I had to pick it up and then when I got there it was dry it was cold and the cashier was yelling at me because I wanted to deliver and not picked up so if that’s the way they treat people I know longer will begin with nephews and I’ve been with them for about five years now but bye-bye
I have been ordering at this location for a few years, never any issues until today. I ordered food just last night and than again tonight and the driver refused to bring my food to the door and than drove off after waiting over an hour for my food. I had to call to cancel my credit card order. If I'm paying for delivery than my food should be delivered to my door. I always tip so I'm not understanding the issue. Should they not deliver to the door, that is something that should be disclosed when a customer is placing an order over the phone. I'm highly disappointed and upset as I've been supporting this business for so long and this happens. I will NEVER order from here nor allow my family who also order from here often to support this unacceptable customer service. I do not live in a crime infested area as I do understand safety is an issue, but again my food is always delivered to my front door. The woman who took my order was great and very polite and professional though.
My first and last time eating from here. I ordered the lake trout platter which was two pieces of fish with fries and the fish was fried so hard it was ridiculous. Never again
