Normally I rate this Morton's with five stars and would have last evening all except it was 2:45 minutes for the two of us to eat. And in my case my app came after my entree but that was ok because it was a hot appetizer. Food was excellent. David our waiter was very good and extremely kind and apologetic for time. And the manager is always a delight. Makes us feel like regulars even though we only eat here on baseba... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Morton's The Steakhouse:
It took about 20 minutes after being seated to see a server. We had to flag someone down to get menus and water. The steaks were not worth the money we spent, flavor wise. It is the last time we will visit that establishment. View all feedback.
Wonderful meal. Four of us ate starters, entrees, sides and desserts and all four of us had only very positive things to say about our dinner. The restaurant has a definite upscale vibe. We ate early in the evening (5pm) and the restaurant was extremely quiet. The waiter was unpleasant, and his attempts at humor were poor taste and very off putting. Additionally the franchise ran a special fixe price menu for the week around the 4th of July and fortunately I knew of this from the restaurant website, as the waiter brought us regular menus and didn't mention the ongoing special I had to bring it up with him. He even commented that ‘they' (the waiters) hated it (because it shrank their service tips). He was quite distasteful. I will eat here again but insist on a different waiter if necessary.
I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the wait staff service we received. It took a considerable amount of time before our drinks were served. When I inquired about the delay, the waitress informed me that our order was placed and the bar was experiencing a backlog. However, given the limited number of patrons in the restaurant, it was difficult to comprehend why the bar was backed up. Fortunately, the manager intervened and visited our table to apologize for the delay. He assured us that our drinks would be served shortly and generously comped them as a gesture of goodwill. Unfortunately, the waitress showed no remorse and did not engage in any conversation with me or my husband for the remainder of our meal. She simply delivered the food and walked away without checking if we were satisfied or if we needed anything. In the end, we had to request the bill from the manager in order to settle our meal. While the food itself was exceptional, the service fell short of our expectations.

Morton's has really disappointed me. The quality of food has decreased drastically. They use to be so good, but no more. The ribeye was tough and unseasoned. Paid $6 for some garlic butter just to season it. Smh The lobster bisque was way too salty, the lobster Mac and cheese was so gritty and dry I sent it back. So disappointed
