I grew up addicted to the fish special! As a kid, my family would travel from NC to MD for church services held at 3100 North Ave. Well, Mike’s was right there and the aroma of the food would always draw us over there to place an order.
Mike does not miss, that Fish Special is something special. Hard to park and always packed but it's well worth it.
Mike's have some good food order the fish special which was very Tasty next time would like for bread to be toasted bcause of the special sauce!!
Mikes has been and will always be a pivotal figure on north Ave. Famous for its haddock subs fish specials and special sauce I grew up on these chicken boxes (special sauce all over with a triple mix) Mike is still serving! I love this place!
Food is always good! The guys cooking are always so respectful. This place is a hood staple. Make sure you are prepared for the scenery of a hood spot with great food. Area has changed alot but the food is still reasonable and good.Parking: Sometime you have to park on side of the bank or across the street in front of the restaurant.
