What User doesn't like about Matsuri:
Pretty disappointing. We ordered the calamari, shrimp fried rice and Donburi. The shrimp fried rice tasted strange and the shrimps were just in teriyaki sauce on the side...even though the rice did not have terriyaki. The Katsu Don Buri was okay but I've definitely had better. The calamari was nice and thick but not flavorful at all and could have been fried more. Maybe if I ever came back I'd try just sushi. View all feedback. What User likes about Matsuri:
I was in baltimore and looking for a place to eat. I saw this restaurant and I just walked it. I would say it was one of the biggest decisions I made this day! They know what they are doing, and I am going back there. if they like sashimi and sushi and happen to be in baltimore, do not look further and try this place! View all feedback.

Even so this restaurant is on open table, they don’t honor reservations through this app. Call in reservations only.
Great neighborhood spot. Great sushi and cooked items. Bento box was great
We ate ramen and sushi, and both were very good! There were so many choices on the menu we wanted to try that we will definitely be back!
