Arrive hear ans at 1030 A.M., door was locked. I tried the door at 10:40 A.M., door still locked. Gentleman walk to the door then walk away after seeing myself... read more Arrive hear ans at 1030 A.M., door was locked. I tried the door at 10:40 A.M., door still locked. Gentleman walk to the door then walk away after seeing myself and 3 other customers waiting. Went to the drive through around 10:45 A.M., there was a car in front of me waiting for someone to answer the drive through after waiting 5 mins the car in front pull off I pull off and the 2 cars behind me pull off. I don't care what time of day you come here it's always an issue. They lock the lobby door around 7-8:30 P.M., almost daily before 9:30 P.M. If you arrive after 9P.M., no more chicken being cooked and you either purchase what's available or nothing at all. I am never coming back here again. Customer Service is bad and rude.

I understand that things get busy but waiting for 40 mins is ridiculous. They never even told me there was no chicken ready when I went through the drive thru. At least I could’ve made a decision whether I wanted to order or not. And when I got home I looked in the bag the chicken was small. It was like parts of a chicken leg not to mention no one can go inside. The inside is always locked. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30
