I was not able to order online, went there today. The door was locked, not sure why did they do that. Order 12 pcs of fried chicken from the drive-through. The guy told it was $26+. Didn't even buy it.

Eventhough my order was hot and correct, it was also nasty. The fries tasted like fish and had SO MUCH salt on them. The crispy chicken sandwich was overcooked....not burnt but overcooked. It was dry and in some spots chewy. I asked for my receipt and was told that the printer was broken. I asked if the cashier would just go to another register to print and was told It doesn 't work like that as she laughed.

Customer service is extremely poor. I've never had a good experience at this location but it's close to home and my son loves the popcorn chicken. I ordered 2 popcorn chicken combo's and both were full of overcooked tiny bits of hard batter. There were no utensils or napkins in the bag and I wasn't given a receipt. I think this will have to be my last visit. I'll just have to get his Popcorn Chicken from somewhere else.

I ordered through Door Dash and they informed my driver that they were out of something I ordered but do not allow substitutes for items so they had to cancel my order completely. When DoorDash tried to call to ask what item they were out of they did notanswer, so I couldn?t even re-order it get anything else. So now I?ve been waiting over and hour for food and have to findsomewhere else to order form all because they can?t substitute and item.

Food is decent , staff is the worse. There is nothing worse than visiting an establishment to get greeted with a nasty tone in the drive thru. This is not an isolated incident, it happens repeatedly. It's as if you went to someones home unexpectedly andrequested chicken using their ring doorbell. To top it off I requested all dark chicken. I was informed it would be a 30 minutewait..I agreed to wait and was asked to pull around. To my surprise the employee brought the chicken out as I was parking . Iget home to find out there are dark pieces on top with all white on the bottom. Is good honest service too much to request when12 pieces of chicken is $27.00 ?? Is a warm greeting too much to muster up for customers that keep this establishment open? Iwould think not..but obviously the employees at this Sinclair lane location clearly disagree.
