I... read more The lady at the counter was beautiful, helpful, honest, and literally glittering. The drink she recommended was delicious and in my hands within five minutes. I highly recommend this stop as a pleasant pick-me-up!

The host/cashier/drink maker more Jasmine) was the only person working the Jamba at BWI concourse A... read more The BWI airport was extra busy on Saturday 12-10-22 ~740am). The host/cashier/drink maker more Jasmine) was the only person working the Jamba at BWI concourse AB. She was very busy the entire time I waited in line till i recieved my drink. There wereabout 10 people who ordered in the time I was there and more before after me. She was moving effortlessly and efficiently. Shenot only cordially handled taking orders for drinks, fruit heated food items; but was also polite to the parents who tooktheir kids around the back of the Jamba to view her make drinks. Way to Gueax Jasmine. Kept the line moving, answered questions,service with a smile.

Why the heck is chipotle open earlier than you? Makes no sense. Thanks for starting offmy trip back home terribly, as the BWI airport just kinda guarantees in general.

Another worker came back from her break to finish making t... read more Ordered a large smoothie and confirmed the size with the cashier (well mannered smaller framed girl). Another worker came back from her break to finish making the smoothie (she looked like she wasn?t up to health code standards either, extremely longnails, mask not covering her nose despite making food in a very crowded place). She poured it into a medium cup, leaving asignificant amount in the blender. When I mentioned I ordered a large, instead of trying to understand the situation that sheliterally just walked into, she got a really bad attitude and started arguing with me and we had a bit of back and forth beforeshe talked to the other girl. The blender clearly had a lot more smoothie in it that was meant for me, and she was about tothrow it away anyways, clearly not caring about the situation. The first girl was okay, but the second girl needs to seriouslymature before she should consider working ANYWHERE. An establishment that hires a woman like that deserves 1 star, regardless ofthe other employees.
