I am a loyal casino member of Hufeisen / Harrahs. I paid my points for dinner. Dinner was very good and so was service (not rushed). I took my son and we had a wonderful time. Rye View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Jack Binion's Steak House:
The steakhouse had difficulty cooking an expensive steak to the correct temperature, which was disappointing. However, the service was excellent. If they were not closing, we would not choose to return. View all feedback.
The restaurant is not open! I don't understand why they would take reservations!
Wow, really? I made a reservation. Even received SMS notifications remind me of my reservation. Go there to find out that the place was closed for a week and is closed forever. This is really weak and somewhat disappointing. You think a big casino might have been able to tell someone that they close their best restaurant and instead of writing me reminders, maybe write You got me a place or we're not here anymore.
The dress was casual even though we were dressed. Our server Corey was excellent.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The service was barely acceptable and the food was served cold. The calamari was undercooked and the shrimp was overcooked.
