Heydaddy’s - Baltimore

Unfortunately I arrived to pickup a Grubhub order which states that it had been confirmed shortly before I arrived (closer to 9p.m. I went to complete the order specifically because of the confirmation.However when I arrived I was told that they didn 't have any Grubhub orders and they hadn 't confirmed anything by the young lady sweeping the front.I asked her was she the only in there because after doing over 1000 Grubhub deliveries, I know that the confirmation is usually done directly by restaurants. If that was the case, I 'd prefer an honest response about not being able to complete the order.I hope that in the future they turn off online ordering sooner or cancel orders that come in too late because I as the driver wasted time being there and I am sure that the customer is even more disappointed.As a first encounter I am unsure of if would want to return as a driver and I was disappointed because I am always looking for new Caribbean spots to frequent and tell people about.On the plus side, the atmosphere of the store was nice with music and the store was clean.I hope to have a better experience next time.

I was looking forward to trying their food for the first time and had a couple of orders to place; but when I arrived at 9:15 the young lady told me they were closed. I mentioned that their website said they closed at 9:30. They denied me food service. Maybe I will give them another chance

I tried their famous curry chicken and it wasn’t all that great u could barely taste the ginger or curry it was like a chicken stew lol smh. At that time they didn’t have rice and peas wich was a bummer so I went for their yellow rice that was alright but nothing out of the ordinary and finally their steamed cabbage was over cooked a little bit and no flavor but salty. I don’t think I’m coming back but the young girl at the counter was awesome ?

I got the 2 little pieces of stew chicken peas and rice and cabbage food was horrible a tiny bit of everything I will never order from there ever again a waste of money and they not even Jamaican that was the worst Jamaican food I ever tasted they don't deserve not one

The food is good but the fact that they all of a sudden DID put cabbage or rice at the bottom of the single order of jerk chicken is crazy.
