The staff, who feel like part of the Troia family, are dedicated and attentive. It's clear that they work well together and genuinely enjoy what they do. Customers will miss the cozy atmosphere and delicious cuisine at Grano Emporio. Despite the closure, Gino Troia's other Italian pasta bars will remain open for those looking to experience his culinary creations.
