Another DDD home run! Had the Coney Island dog, Coney Island burger and gravy fries. Everything was excellent! Owner and staff are super friendly and welcoming. Outstanding experience!!
Small old fashioned diner. A throw back in time... in business for over 90 years. Featured on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives. The staff is friendly and fun. Our server T was great. The sweet tea was good. Our food was ready super-quick. Great dogs and fries. Andy stopped by our table to make sure everything was great and told us about the fresh ingredients they use, and some of the restaurant's history. He told us about the cast of the Sopranos visiting (and showed us the picture on the wall) and said Diners, Drive-ins and Dives was coming back again for a second time. Other patrons cross talked with each other and us... It is a super friendly place. We had a great time. We will definitely be back!
This cozy restaurant is bustling with customers dining in or getting food to go. The hardworking servers are constantly on the move, each knowing their job well. The dining room has limited seating with 7 tables and 4 bar seats, and there are additional tables outside with protective screens. Eating outside on a nice day is a perfect option. I tried their famous Coney Island hotdog, served with homemade beanless chili, fresh onion pieces, and mustard on a super fresh hotdog roll. It was delicious. This is the go-to spot for this tasty treat. I also ordered a side of French fries, which were freshly cut and cooked in peanut oil - a delightful surprise! My husband enjoyed the Italian cold cut sub, which was also fresh and flavorful with a good amount of meat. They offer specials in addition to their menu. The welcoming staff makes sure everyone feels at home and doesn't rush you out. Take your time and savor the atmosphere. Prices are reasonable.
Great chilled out place. We make sure to eat their french fries as they make it the crunchiest. The customer service is nice too. I have really good time here.
First time visit and it was great. Small Simple and sweet. The service was great and for a small space it was really open and light. I ordered coffee and The Highlandtowner, which has a little bit of everything. Eggs were the perfect over med. and the french toast alone is worth a visit again. I will definitely be back.
