Literally just paid $32 for food that was well below McDonald's quality. Ordered a Philly cheese w fries and their fish sandwich with onion rings. Both sandwich... read more Literally just paid $32 for food that was well below McDonald's quality. Ordered a Philly cheese w fries and their fish sandwich with onion rings. Both sandwiches were on regular white sandwich bread. The fish was definitely a frozen grocery store patty.The onion rings were few and the fries were soggy. This was my first and LAST time at a Friendly's. A friend in another statethought my child would enjoy it so we tried it. I feel deceived and robbed. I do not recommend at all.

The atmosphere and fall decorations were so nice. Our waitress tried but the kitchen staff and cook were awful. I hadn't been here in years and couldn't recommend them in the future. My over easy eggs overcooked. They forgot thebacon. The Pancakes were tough and had a terrible after taste. Where is the light and fluffy batter you use to serve? Theredskin potatoes had been prepped but than frozen. They were still frozen when brought to the table. They had a watery textureand no flavor. I sent my food back but the replacement wasn't much better. 2 stars for service and kitchen. 3 stars foratmosphere. Disappointing! Just Blah!!!

Every time we go, the dining room is bustling with the energy of happy families who seem to love the environment as much as we do. All of the staff are friendly and loving, the food is always out quickly (and it’s always delicious), and this is a place where I feel like my son can be a kid without being side eyed by guests and staff. Also, the amount of family activities they do here! There is always something going on and it’s great!
