This mall Dunkin’ serves satisfying breakfast sandwiches, croissants and fruity refreshers, and can be fast and friendly when well staffed — one employee is frequently praised. However, visits are inconsistent: drinks are sometimes made incorrectly, service can be slow or chaotic, management has been reported as rude, and donuts are often unavailable. It’s a convenient, open-when-the-mall-is-closed spot that shines at times but frustrates at others.

I stopped by for a quick visit, and it was nothing extraordinary. I ordered a sourdough bread sandwich, some munchkins, a coffee cake muffin, and a coffee roll. The sandwich was quite tasty, and both the munchkins and coffee roll were delightful. The cashier was friendly and welcoming. The place was reasonably clean, and the layout allowed for social distancing. I would definitely consider coming back.
The service was quick and very patient while I rushed home to grab some change for my purchase. The sausage, egg, and cheese croissant sandwich was hot, ready, and absolutely delicious—no kidding!
I prefer drive-through. The Chai Tea Latte is delicious either iced or hot. Thst and the cream cheese bites are my safe bet.
They were slow, and they got my order wrong. When I showed them my receipt they refused to remake my coffee, even though they were the ones that messed up. I will not be visiting again. I'd rate with 0 stats, but it is not an option.
Very slow and chaotic. There was a nice young lady who helped me when I asked her about the update on my drink, but when I got it , it was extra sweet and not what I asked for. I will not be returning to this location and I wouldn?t recommend.
