Sometimes I have good service sometimes I have not so good service. But today was the worst. I placed a to go order so I wouldn’t have to strain my voice (I have a sore throat). The young man who initially came to the window was very helpful, but the Nigerian lady who came after him yelled at me and walked away because I was showing her my online order.

I called again and the girl was nice, but seriously he was hanging on me because I asked to talk to a manager. My hot chocolate was 3/4 full room. If I pay you money and you had to make a makeshift hot chocolate because your machine was downstairs, then fill up my cup! I wasn't rude or so whoever this man should be fired for hanging on people.

However, I’ve personally found the food to be either burn... read more As a caregiver, I often visit this restaurant to get coffee for my client on the days I work with him. However, I’ve personally found the food to be either burnt or undercooked, so I've stopped ordering food from there. That said, my client enjoys the coffee, so I continue to get it for him.
