Dunkin' - Baltimore

Made 6 other people drinks after I already ordered and when I then asked for a refund cos I’m done waiting all of a sudden they could get it done in less than 60 seconds. Not to mention they shorted me on my refund.

My daughter got a lemonade strawberry dragonfruit refefresher with less ice as is her custom. It was one million out of ten. Even though the mall looked closed, the dunkin was steadfastly open, and the service was speedy.

The Early Morning staff are rude and unprofessional! Ruined my morning..

Definitely not the fastest Dunkin service that I've ever had, but the people are generally pretty nice. There is no Cafe area here, so don't expect to be able to sit down and eat which makes it feel a little unwelcoming inside because there's nowhere to sit and wait for your food. It gets the job done

They didn't have money for change as much as I go there. Also as a manager from an restaurant myself that is not acceptable in any way shape or form.
