What Patience Jackson doesn't like about Dave Buster's Baltimore (white Marsh):
My experience was very bad from the second I walked in. My reservation could not be found. The manager wasn't able find my reservation in the system. I was later given a random seating and I had to order food A La Cart which was more expensive compared to having an actual buffet for my party. Everything was A La Cart. No group pricing for game passes. Ended up more expensive than anticipated. View all feedback.
The server was outstanding, and the food exceeded my expectations. The drinks were enjoyable and reasonably priced in comparison to other places. We had a wonderful time. Thank you!

They also permitted us to bring our own desserts, while we ordered appetizers and drinks for everyone. It was a wonderful experience, and our server was incredibly friendly!
Our server attended to us promptly, and our food was served quickly. However, the quality of the food was disappointing and not at all worth the prices charged.
Online says to make reservations click and we did for 16 ppl and got there and they told us they do not take reservations online
I have never felt more unwelcome and more as if a burden to be there they were not busy. It was only ourselves and another couple who seem to have a similar situation’s. I really would like corporate’s response. That bad please reach back.
