Great vibes, nice selection, and a friendly support dog made the whole experience wonderful. A surprising amount of seating was available and the whole place managed to impress. I’ll definitely be back to try the Cubano, but the Turkey Jive was incredible!

Feels like eating something homemade—clean, thoughtful, and actually delicious. It’s one of the few places where I can enjoy gluten and not feel guilty after. If it were closer to home, I’d probably be there every week.

Best chicken sandwich in Baltimore!!!!! The Korean Fried Chicken sandwich is so full of flavor and zest. I finished my sandwich earlier this afternoon and was left dreaming about it for hours to follow. Truly the best sandwich in the city. The Brain Washed coffee has become one of my favorite coffees in the city as well! The outdoor space transports you to a botanical nirvana. The shelves of carefully collected cookbooks warms my heart. The folks here are awesome and passionate about the food, beverages, and market they bring to the Baltimore community. I hope everyone and they mama gets to stop by Culinary Architecture!

I ordered several sweet potato pies for Thanksgiving and found that they all had too many egg shells in them. Additionally, the cheesecakes lacked crust and were simply cheesecake without any base.

The restaurant offers a wide range of unique artisanal vegan cheeses that I had only heard about but never seen elsewhere. I was thrilled to discover these options. In addition, they have a variety of other intriguing vegan dishes, including a vegan sausage that I had previously only ordered online, as well as some niche vegan products. They also have a diverse selection of dried beans from specialized growers. Overall, it's definitely worth stopping by this restaurant!
