Crazy John's - Baltimore
Crazy John's
Description
A longtime Inner Harbor sandwich shop serving generous, affordable made-to-order subs, popular lunch specials and standout items like turkey burgers and a shrimp cheesesteak. Pre-6pm combos include chips and a soda, and portions offer good value. However, diners report inconsistent service, pricing surprises, hygiene concerns and a noisy, smoky block environment; pizza quality is uneven. Great for budget-minded, hearty quick meals, less suited to those seeking polished, quiet or strictly hygienic dining.

I’ve been a frequent customer here and today will be my last visit I wanted something light and so I got toast and 2 eggs according to the menu they would be $3.50 I was charged $6.10 when I asked they said they ring up a egg sandwich plus one egg because of the container Maybe have a $0.20 charge for a container or hey don’t charge me for the other toast since I’m not getting it with my egg? No one cared so I’ll find another place to frequent Price per person: $1–10
By far the BEST CHEESESTEAKS IN THE WORLD!!!!! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
Their Turkey Burgers are on point. As of today 10/30/23 I hate to give bad reviews for places I enjoy but the thick Mexican lady who works there has poor customer service skills. She has attitude when I was explaining how I want my sub. This is the only place I know in Baltimore that when you say American and provolone cheese they put one slice of American in one side of the sub and provolone on the other. It should be two each. She is rude when approaching about this situation. This is not my first run in with her either. When she is there I am walking out. I don’t have time for poor customer service especially when it comes to my food. Then she charged me almost two extra dollars for the other two slices of cheese. Like really?!
