James and the staff are very polite. The food is good, and they have vegan and vegetarian options. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
All the Cosi’s near me closed so when I saw this one while I was in town for a conference, I had to go. The bad news is the bread isn’t made in-store any more and you can tell the difference. The bread was the best part! Now it’s taken out of plastic bags and the appeal was lost. The good news is the turkey and Brie sandwich still has a great spicy honey mustard. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I really love this place; it's my go-to spot for lunch. As a vegetarian, I appreciate that almost the entire menu can either be made vegetarian or is already vegetarian. My favorite dish is the TBM, a classic Caprese sandwich served on their unique and truly delicious flatbreads. They offer both canned and fountain sodas, as well as chips or apples as side options. I feel that the portion size of the sandwich is worth the price, which is why I keep coming back. Plus, the staff is incredibly kind! For those needing wheelchair accessibility, there is a ramp entrance off Lombard that leads to the double-wide ADA entry doors. Just proceed past the elevator bays to find Cosi.
