None of the tables had been cleaned, so we had to wait before we c... read more My family was the only ones in the restaurant at 8:30 am, which seemed to surprise the staff. None of the tables had been cleaned, so we had to wait before we could sit down. We ordered pancakes with bacon for the kids, oatmeal for my husband, and an avocado wrap for me from the somewhat pleasant but unenthusiastic woman at the register. The pancakes tasted like they were cooked on a dirty grill, and my avocado wrap was missing the spinach, tomatoes, and avocado it was supposed to have - it looked more like a smear of guacamole. The oatmeal was watery and unappetizing. We should have gone to IHOP or McDonald's instead. I do not recommend eating breakfast here unless you enjoy paying too much for disappointing food.

After waiting 20 minutes, my sandwich was finally served, but I was informed that they were still waiting on my side salad. The bread tasted like it had just come out of the freezer and the ham and cheese were lacking in flavor. Every time the door opened, a strong cold breeze filled the dining room. It has now been over 30 minutes and I still have not received my side salad. In my opinion, this restaurant should just shut down.

Was told, ?still waiting on your side salad?. The bead tastes like it came straight out of the freezer and the hamand cheese are both flavorless. Every time the door opens there is a strong cold breeze throughout the dining room. It?s beenover 30 minutes now, still no side salad. This store should just close.

I spoke with the Manager at this location and she was going to resolve the issue and ?call me right back.? She never called backand I called the store 30 minutes later, I was kept on hold for over 10 minutes only for her to tell me she can refund me orthey can remake the food and I can pick it up. Neither of these options worked, as it was for a business lunch and I couldn?tleave the office. Won?t order from here again.
