Coffee Olivia is a peaceful oasis in the heart of the city, and I absolutely adore it! The abundant greenery creates such a warm and welcoming atmosphere—it's the ideal place to relax with a delicious cup of coffee. Every time I visit, I order either an iced or hot latte with cinnamon and honey, and it always hits the spot. Erica, the barista, was incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. My friend swears by the Croissant White Chocolate Mocha, and judging by their enthusiasm, it must be fantastic! One small plea—please bring back the lavender flavor! It was such a wonderful choice, and many people, including myself, really miss it. Another big plus is the location—just moments from Penn Station, making it my go-to spot for a quick coffee before or after a train. If you’re unsure what to try, the Spanish Latte has quickly become a favorite among everyone I know who’s sampled it recently. Highly recommend this place—excellent drinks, great vibes, and top-notch service. I’m already looking forward to my next visit! Coffee Olivia is a beautiful shop featuring impressive coffee equipment, but unfortunately, the coffee itself is disappointing. The pastries taste like something from Costco, and the service feels cold and impersonal. It seems the focus is more on appearance than quality. Their menu could benefit greatly from collaborating with a local roaster to improve training, rather than relying on one from LA. The design also feels heavily inspired by Good Neighbor, making it seem unoriginal. Overall, it comes across as another café opened by an owner who lacks experience.
Coffee Olivia is an ideal spot for a business meeting or a casual catch-up with friends! They serve excellent coffee, the staff are welcoming and attentive, and the snacks, though limited in variety, are delicious. The modern decor creates a pleasant ambiance, and the location is unbeatable—just a block from Penn Station.
