This location at 300 west Pratt Street is trash and ran by individuals without no food or customer service training talkless of experience. They are always rude and nasty, this including the lady supervisor. The food is sometimes underseasoned or salty. Sometimes they dont open the doors until past 11am. Owner need to step up and clean out this location. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I usually stop by in the evening around 630pm on my way to work, and I never ever order from here and get what I want. They are always out of something today it was lettuce and guacamole, last time it was white rice, the time before that it was onions and peper and the time before that it was salsa and so on and so forth. When are they going to get it together? This happens so often it is definitely not a one-off thing. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
Please make sure all of your chicken is cooked before you serve this to someone else. I had raw meat in my mouth and could have salmonella. I am very particular about food textures. The only reason I didn?t swallow it is bc I felt a different texture inmy mouth. This is not ok. I usually go to the other one down the street but this one was walking distance for me. Every time Icome to this one it?s always something. Last time the white rice was too hard to be eaten.
The service was very mid and the staff takes there time while preparing food, but the food was good Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
All of our white rice was severely undercooked, there was a blonde hair in my son?s bowl. It felt like we were eating tiny beads. Gross food. Should?ve gone somewhere else. But we were here at a local hotel for a local event thinking you can?t gowrong with Chipotle? Having worked in both fast food restaurants and high end, it?s really not that hard. How hard is it tofollow a fast foods protocol on proper cooking instructions? They teach it and make it so easy it is practically common sense. But I guess sense isn?t always that common.
