I was given a credit for it, but when I reordered, I had to pay an additional $6 in fees for something that should have been included in the original order. Aside from that, the food was tasty, and the bowl was prepared correctly!

The burrito was disappointing; it didn't have any sour cream, and the steak was tough. The sauce was overly acidic, melted, and separat... read more Chipotle was the worst experience I've ever had. I placed my order incorrectly, and my bowl was only half full. The sauce was overly acidic, melted, and separated, while the cheese wasn't even melted and the bowl was cold. I ordered through DoorDash and could only receive a partial refund of $3.13 out of my $20 order. I've had issues before with the rice being either overcooked or crunchy. I won't be ordering from here again, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

They are always rude and nasty, this including the lady supervisor. The food is sometimes underseasoned or salty. Sometimes they dont open the doors until past 11am. They are always out of something today it was lettuce and guacamole, last time it was white rice, the time before that it was onions and peper and the time before that it was salsa and so on and so forth. When are they going to get it together? This happens so often it is definitely not a one-off thing. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
