Chick-fil-a - Baltimore

I absolutely adore this restaurant! The lines move quickly, and the customer service is top-notch. If you're looking for a great takeout option for dinner, this is the place to go. The prices are very affordable, ranging from $1 to $10 per person. The food is fantastic, receiving a rating of 5 out of 5, as well as the service and atmosphere. I highly recommend trying the Cobb Salad, Mac and Cheese, and Chicken Sandwich - they are all delicious choices.

My advice to customers is to avoid ordering from this Chick Fil A if it's 30 minutes before closing time, as cleaning might already be in progress. Personally, I prefer not to eat at places where cleaning is happening around my food. Despite this, my Dad decided to order a nugget meal without a drink, assuming it was safer than ordering a shake due to the ice cream machine cleaning. The nuggets were of the usual good quality, but the main reason we chose Chick Fil A over other options was for the full experience, which included getting a shake with our meal. Even though we considered leaving the drive-thru line, the tight space in lane 1 made it difficult to do so. Everyone else in my family decided to skip their meals after hearing about the cleaning situation in the restaurant. I give this experience 3 stars, not because the staff wasn't apologetic or because I had nothing else to do, but to provide an honest review for others. I know that Chick Fil A values customer experience, and I hope to be able to try their shakes someday, as we have heard they are delicious.

I noticed that Chick-fil-A overcharged me for a kids meal. Then I learned that Chick-fil-A forced me to pay for the bag without my knowledge. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

The worst Chick Fil a there is. The staff is so busy talking to each other that they won’t notice you’re waiting to order nor will they prepare your food in a timely manner after they do notice you. I patronized this location twice and both times my order was wrong when I got home. I will never return to this location. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch
