Me and my husband arrived late and very hungry not realizing they were closed but they accommodated us with great customer service and the food was good. Thank you we need more great people like them View all feedback.

They lie about when they close. I got there around 10pm and in the middle of someone else taking my order, a young lady comes over on the intercom to say we're closed even though their sign says they're open until 11pm. I know not all employees are like this but for those who are, please stop wasting other people's time, If you're not going to do your job then move on and let someone else who will. Ignorant people wasted 30 minutes then locked and claimed they were closed before closing time. in such a hurry to run. platz is a muzzle. do not try to eat here first.
Mom loves the cheeseburger but not the fries, they were soggy and cold!
I ordered #4 cheese champ combo from the drive in menu advertised as $7.99. When I pulled up to receive my order they wanted me to pay $9.59. I explained that MD tax was 6% and the bill should be $8.47. The cashier insisted that I pay $9.59. I asked for the manager. The manager was very obnoxious and wouldn’t listen to me. The manager said she didn’t have to wait on me and gave me my money back. I video taped her rudeness.

Though I love checkers and I'm in love with their funnel cake fries I must say I tried the new cheddar biscuit Burger and was not a fan but Checkers always gets five stars from me just not for that cheddar cheese biscuit Burger
