As soon as I pulled in the drive thru they told me they?d take my order at the window (as there?s sever... read more I waited over an hour for the food in which I never got. As soon as I pulled in the drive thru they told me they?d take my order at the window (as there?s several cars in front of me in both lanes)?.ok no problem?an hour goes by?people start parking therecars in the drive thru, waking up and ordering?20 minutes go by and they?re walking off with the largest orders possible.However, our line has not moved to the point people in front of me were getting out of there cars, turning them off, and gettingout to stretch because they were unable to leave the line. The staff made zero communication as to why this hold up was takingso long. From the looks of the walk up window, looking inside I didn?t see any issues?I waited over an hour and by that pointdidn?t even want the food anymore and all I wanted was a fry. The lady in front of me ordered a drink and waited about 30minutes for it and about another 10-15 minutes to even get it. I?m disappointed and will never come here again. I try to beunderstanding but this was ridiculous
