This place a hole in the wall with good vegetarian. The ambiance isn't great, but the food is good and the people running the place are very warm. The best item on the menu are their sandwiches.
We were late for our reservation, but Chuck's kindly held the table for us. Tableside Caesar salad was amazing. Our mains were bit of a wait, but before we could complain, our server apologized and they appeared shortly after. Amazing food and portions were well suited. Our steaks were perfectly done! Due to the small delay in our mains, manager sent over a sinful skor Sundae that although we were much too full for, we devoured. Excellent service and kudos to management for staying on top of service.
Western themed steakhouse in Banff. Friendly welcome. Helpful and knowledgeable waiting staff.We had fillet steak and I think it was among the best I've ever had.Ambience was very good and the meal well paced.A really good evening.
We had a fantastic time at this restaurant! The food was amazing and my family loved their Sunday brunch meals. We will definitely be coming back.
The food was quite greasy and lacked seasoning in the dishes we ordered. The atmosphere was nice, but the service was just okay. We didn't feel as valued as we usually do when dining out. We don't plan on returning to this restaurant. The staff seemed unenthusiastic.
