I asked for white rice and the worker put it in my bowl without telling me that they have no zilantro or lime so that they served pure white rice. no guacamole. lettuce was old and tasted rotten. I'm not sure why they served it. that was infertile and I had to throw it away. the workers were crunchy and rude. will never eat again on this chipotle. will not return to a chipset after this extremely disappointing experience.

I 'm chill and will meet you where you 're at but Jesus the staff here are literally the worst. Flew out today, crummy day and just wanted to get home. I was happy to see a Chipotle! From the start, the lady making my tacos gave me the worst attitude that I have ever experienced. Like, I 'm just trying to order food and I get it, life sucks but damn it was pretty bad. They had absolutely no veggies so bowls were being made with no lettuce or peppers. When I asked for cheese, she called someone in the back to bring her mom and he said no, she then said do it for me, it 's not for him and I 'm like it is for me...never brought it! Then at check out, the younger one said she couldn 't give me a receipt because her boss told her not to worry about giving receipts. I asked because of work and she said it doesn 't matter, she couldn 't do it. Hopefully they figure it out because I left so unimpressed with the airport and city itself!

There was a lady who was taking order with huge eye lashes and she looked like she prefers to be in the club than working. The serving counter was nasty. Please, employ people who have nice attitude and keep your food area clean!!!
