If you haven't heard of this place, you are truly missing out on some of the most delicious pastries and desserts. I have tried many of their offerings, such as the London Fog cake, weekly morning bun, croissants, hand pies, lavender honey sea salt cookies, and much more. The tenderest pastries they will ever eat made by really friendly people. these are pure art, beautiful and delicious.
The most important ingredient in baking is love, and you can definitely taste it here. Brambles started off as a pop up at the farmers market and would sell out by the afternoon. It has been so successful to expand into this baking storefront.If you get a chance to come early in the morning, or to reserve a cake, I would strongly recommend. Allie has a great knack for mixing new flavor combination and making it delicious. Very strong recommendation. If you are iffy about going, I would suggest checking pictures on their Instagram page to sway your opinion.
I became a fan of their pastry upon first taste, but they are so much more than good food. I recently made a special request and they went above and beyond to help me out and did it with such kindness and generosity. They have won a client for life and have a special place in my heart.
What a sweet lovely bakery. Great vibes, super delicious and unique offerings and nice staff. Real neighborhood feel. Definitely will be coming back- hidden gem!
Love this spot, amazingly prepared creative pastries and super friendly staff. GREAT option for a breakfast spot. Their coffee beans are roasted by Sophmore Coffee so there's FINALLY some good coffee in the the neighborhood! There have been a few bakeries in the spot in the past and none have really panned out so I'm super rooting for this crew. Definitely going to do my best to patronize them as much as possible, you should do the same!
