I understand that they work in a sub shop located in a medical facility, so I wasn't expecting amazing service, but the atmosphere was just miserable. There was no organized line or order system, just a man and a woman working behind the counter. The woman seemed annoyed when taking orders and got mine wrong, but I just wanted to get out of there quickly. When the man at the register asked if I wanted a combo, I asked what was included and he just stared at me. I saw some chips and drinks behind him, so I pointed out two items and he grabbed them. The atmosphere was tense and the dining area was dirty, reminiscent of a Subway but somehow worse. The worst part was that there didn't seem to be any other dining options in the outpatient center. I could have gone elsewhere on campus, but since I have no intention of ever returning, I don't feel like I gained anything from the experience.

Although it can get quite busy at times, the meals are always fresh, flavorful, and healthy. They even refill your drinks without having to be prompted. It's always a great experience dining there.

Although it can get busy at times, the dishes are always fresh, flavorful, and healthy. They even offer drink refills without needing to be asked. It is always a positive experience dining here.
