Baskin-robbins - Baltimore

They were about the aromes I ordered, and both the beautiful young lady from the load and the uber eats driver called me to confirm any changes. she was a close on the phone and I was like giiirl, I like chocolate and caramel; make me something. and she did it. and now I love her. and I appreciate her and all of you.

The customer service was awful. I typically do not complain, but that experience was just horrible. I dislike feeling completely ignored when all I wanted was some ice.

Worst experience ever!! Takes forever to get ice cream, plus I don't understand how if we are all in a line how do I get skipped? Don't then when i mention it it's like oh well. Oh well is right I will take my money else where

We have been waiting for over 5 minutes with no one at the register. Two employees are busy making coffees. It is now 7:51 pm and we are still waiting for two quarts of ice cream to go. The total time spent with just one person ahead of us is now over 15 minutes.

Only get one star because it exists. On google it says close at 11pm but it really close at 10pm. Lesson learned. I come in at 9:40pm another day and I can't get ice cream because “the binders are soaking the basking robins side is closed”. I asked “well can I get a scoop”. “No the scoopers are soaking also”. 🤔. I know that was late but it wasn't closed yet lol. So If I want icream I have to come before 9:30pm?
