Balto Tavern Tap Sheraton Baltimore City Center

I came here for a friend's wedding and we got here about an hour early. For a while, we decided to chill in the lobby until we saw this casual bar type place and we decided to come in. The bartender was pretty nice. We chatted about the wedding and how one of friends was the best man who didn't know what to say. He even recommended the crab dip with pretzels. My friends and I shared the crab dip with pretzels and I ordered a whiskey smash and Hemingway daiquiri. The drinks were pretty good but the best thing there was the crab dip. It had a decent amount of crab and it was super cheesy. Came out piping hot too, didn't eat until a couple minutes later because I didn't wanna burn my tongue. The bartender was nice enough to give us some free pretzels when we ran out but still had some dip left. If you're here for an event and have some time to kill, I recommend you come here and get some dip.

Fantastic venue in a prime location with an excellent menu and superb service! We both enjoyed salads during our business lunch, and everything was truly excellent. Our server, Manny, was exceptional—very polite, prompt, and attentive. Although their Yelp page states they are closed during the midday, they are indeed open for lunch.

The service was disappointing and they were clearly unprepared for the breakfast rush. During my stay at the hotel, I wasn't even acknowledged for breakfast several days in a row. I can only give them 1 star... they really earned it.

Small bar with sitting area, they don't serve hot food, but they have a small area with snacks etc! The snacks are way overpriced but the drinks are not too expensive (especially living in DC). The bartender was very friendly and we enjoyed our drinks! It's connected to the Radisson!

The restaurant seemed to be having a challenging evening with limited staff, but our server was incredibly efficient and friendly. The food arrived quickly. We enjoyed the crab soup, which was rich and packed with lumps of crab, and the lightly fried dish was perfectly seasoned with black pepper. The fish tacos were filled with a zesty slaw that really added a nice kick. The tender crab cake was served on a soft bun, which was delightful. We chose this place because it's attached to the Radisson where we were staying for the Baltimore Tattoo Convention. We'll be returning next year, and we definitely plan to dine here again.
