Baltimore Marriott Waterfront

Super nice hotel from the front desk to the bar and restaurant, I give this establishment a 10!! Clean rooms and location. Friendly workers! Would definitely recommend even got to see my philadelphia eagles players who stayed here for the game!!

My rooms view was nice and I appreciate the sustainability measures and kind staff. Will composting be available for future Marriott guests?

Had an ok stay for two nights, until we got home and saw that our credit card was charged for an extra night. Called billing dept and they said it was a cancellation charge, even though we stayed the nights we’d reserved. As others have reported here, the dispute resolution takes 5-7 days; meanwhile the charge accrues interest on my card. Not impressed; this left a sour taste and makes me less inclined to return. Titanium status doesn’t help. Also the frig in the room was so cold it froze our water bottles solid; safe did not lock, HDMI connection on tv didn’t work, and the shelf in the shower was tilted so everything kept falling off. Plus the water was scalding hot in the sink on arrival so my husband had to adjust it. We would have called maintenance about the other issues but he was in meetings all day so couldn’t take a break.

The door to the adjoining room was poorly soundproofed, we could hear every noise they made, and not in a fun way by any means. Otherwise, quite nice

Great location, my room was amazing!!!Some of the common areas need a face-lift.
