My mom and I really enjoy coming here to relax and chat. We both appreciate the menu (I recommend sitting on the Alonso's side) and the overall atmosphere. It's one of those charming neighborhood bars that has been around for years, yet somehow remains under the radar, meaning its excellent food, great service, and reasonable prices often go unnoticed by the wider city. My first time at Alonso's food was delicious and great service from the time we walked in until we left. Will be stopping by more often for food and drinks.
I live in Alabama, but a major thumbs up to this place for accommodating their vegan guests. Instead of making them feel like an inconvenience, the owners made a vegan burger for an option and were very thoughtful in making sure it was okay for the vegans that wish to dine here. If I'm ever in Baltimore, I will definitely give Alonso's a shot.

This is a great place! Their burgers are the best I've had in years, maybe ever! Great variety of food and good prices. I intend to go back every time I'm in the area
Never disappointed, the meal is fantastic. Despite one waitress tending to the front of the restaurant as a whole, the service is cordial.
